Carl Morris Pool Exhibition August 2009

Professional pool player, Carl ‘Houdini’ Morris, his partner Corinne Issac and his Hearing Dog Ingle once again visited Milton Keynes on Friday 21st August until Sunday 23rd August challenging the public to play pool against him for a donation of £3.00 per frame. Members of the Milton Keynes branch were around for most of the weekend helping raise funds and chatting to the public.
A total of £1961.16 was raised over the weekend. Carl said:
Considering the weekend was extremely quiet, the amount we raised was absolutely marvelous, with sincere thanks to all the Milton Keynes Branch members.
Over a hundred frames were played throughout, with the public winning three, one of which came very close to a second frame.
