May Day Fayre, Leighton Buzzard.

The Leighton Buzzard May Day Fayre was held on Monday, 4th May 2009. We had a fun day at this event, which was organised by the Rotary Club of Leighton Linslade, who sponsored Doreen Monk’s Hearing Dog Larrie. It was the fourth year that the Milton Keynes branch had manned a stall on May Day in the High Street and it was full of activities and visitors. It was a busy day and despite the weather being slightly damp and cold we raised a total of £245, the highest we have made at this event, so it was a very satisfactory outcome.
